Applications Open for 2026 Sustainable Fashion Show
We’re thrilled to announce that applications for our 2026 Sustainable Fashion Show at Blenheim Palace are officially open. This will be our third year collaborating with Blenheim Palace to feature the top sustainable fashion innovators of Oxfordshire in an exciting runway show on 29 September. We invite everyone to get involved by applying to be a designer or model, or through signing up to volunteer with us for the show.

Designer Application
Who should apply?
We are looking to feature Oxfordshire textile designers who have exciting approaches to rethinking the status quo of fashion.
Our past shows have featured both experienced and young designers. Whether you have a large or small following, and whether you’re just getting started or have a hefty portfolio under your belt, we welcome you to submit an application if you are passionate about sustainable fashion.
We aim to feature local designers. This means designers from, living in, or with ties to Oxfordshire or the areas surrounding Blenheim Palace. You can tell us about your local connection in your application.
You can learn more about the 2025 designers on our wrap-up blog post here.
What We’re Looking For
This year our show will prioritise innovation. We are seeking designers who use unconventional fabrics, materials, or methods to make their designs sustainable. This could mean many things! Here are some examples of innovation that we loved from last year’s show:
- Emily Martinez’s collection, Biophoria, was a 100% compostable collection, even down to the threads, clasps, and closures! She used agar fabrics, and incredible methods like shibori fabric manipulation to make her final product.
- Rocqu crafted a line made from thousands of fallen leaves that were individually preserved hand-stitched to create an incredible ‘leather’ that is kind to the planet.
- WISH’s designs by Molliemae Cox included pieces made from unsold supermarket flowers that were dried and repurposed into a showstopping headpiece and dress, and a wedding dress made of plastic bags from shipping crates, among other things.

Model Application
Apply to model for the show here.
We aim to show that sustainable fashion is for every‘body’. Our 2026 Sustainable Fashion Show will continue to prioritise selecting models of diverse:
- Sizes
- Age
- Ethnicity and Heritage
We work with The Runway Academy by Lady Boss Events to train models for the runway. So whether you are experienced or new to modelling, we welcome you to apply to join the show.
As with designers, we will only select models fairly local to the Blenheim Palace/Oxfordshire area.

Volunteer Application
Sign up here to volunteer for the show.
If you’d like to be involved but being a designer or model isn’t your thing, please sign up to volunteer! We’d love to get you involved with this exciting project. We are looking for helpers both for the night of the show itself as well as beforehand.
For Businesses
We are also looking for businesses that would like to be involved with the show. We are looking for sponsors and in-kind sponsors to support this important community movement. Please get in touch!
